
Save the date for the Most Beautiful Fireworks Display in all of Texas! Ennis Freedom Fest is celebrating 12 years of this incredible patriotic celebration on Saturday, June 29th. Festivities kick off with the Red, White & Bike Parade in historic Downtown Ennis Tx followed by a party in the park with free kids activities, live music, food, and of course FIREWORKS.

8:00am-12:00pm: Downtown Ennis Bluebonnet Market
9:30am: Parade Line up
10:00am: Red, White and Bike Parade
Deck out your bike, scooter, wagon etc. and join us for the Red White and Bike Parade through downtown Ennis and historic tree-lined neighborhoods.

The Fireworks show begins at dark powered by Pyrotecnico but you must be in Veterans Park to see it!

Shuttle service is available for FREE from Lions Memorial Stadium (1405 W. Lake Bardwell Drive) beginning at 5:45 p.m. until conclusion of the event.

No tents/canopies, no outside alcohol, we don't recommend you bring pets due to the fireworks. Coolers will be subject to search.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do we sign up for the Red, White & Bike Parade?
A: All you have to do is show up to the Minnie McDowal Park (119 N Dallas St.) at 9:30am on June 29th to participate in the parade! The parade begins at 10am.
Q: Will there be prizes for the bike parade?
A: Yes, there will be 3 prizes given out for Best under 6, Most Patriotic, and Best Family.
Q: Can we take coolers into Veterans Park for the party at the park?
A: Coolers are allowed but outside alcohol is prohibited. Please do not bring your own alcohol into the park. There will be a beer garden inside of the park. Feel free to bring blankets and chairs for seating.
Q: Where do I park?
A: FREE Shuttles are available. You can park for free at Lions Memorial Stadium (1405 W. Lake Bardwell) and hop onto the shuttle. Shuttles will run beginning at 5:45pm. Parking near the park is limited. There will be a fee based parking benefitting Ennis Give a Kid a Chance and Ennis Cares in the general vicinity.
Q: Is there an admission fee?
A: Ennis Freedom Fest does not have an entry fee. Kids activities are free. Food and beer is available for purchase.
